Who is this service for?
Established 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations that need professional support researching grants, evaluating opportunities and preparing applications. A consultation helps determine whether the service fits your current needs.
What does the $500 intake cover?
The initial meeting, organization review, document review, funding goal assessment and account preparation. Intake helps establish the information needed to begin the work.
How many applications will you prepare?
The number depends on eligible opportunities, application complexity, deadlines and the information available from your team. Confirm the application scope and priorities in your written agreement before starting.
Can you help with a grant I already found?
Bring the opportunity and its deadline to your consultation. We can review eligibility, requirements and the work needed to determine whether it fits the engagement.
Who submits the application?
Submission responsibilities, account access and final approvals should be confirmed for each opportunity. Your organization must provide accurate information and the approvals required by the funder.
How quickly will we receive funding?
Each grantmaker sets its own review and award schedule. Research and application preparation do not guarantee an award or a payment date.
How does monthly billing and cancellation work?
The first payment is $3,000, covering the $500 intake and first $2,500 month. Ongoing support is $2,500 per month. Monthly services renew until canceled. Review your written agreement and our refund policy for the terms that apply to your engagement.
